RGNAU is launching a 3-day Management Development Programme on Human Factors in Aviation from 22 November 2017 to 24 November 2017.
The study of human factors is about understanding human behaviour and performance. Understanding of human factors enables organisations to acknowledge the capabilities of their human resources. When applied to aviation operations, human factors knowledge is used to optimize the fit between people and the systems in which they work in order to improve safety and performance.

Who should attend: This programme is designed for professionals with operations and management responsibilities within regulatory authorities, air operators, airport operators, cargo logistics operators, air navigation service providers, maintenance service providers and ground service providers within aviation and allied fields.
