Excellence in Aerospace Education Award-2020-21 Presented to
Prof. (Dr.) Bhrigu Nath Singh.
The Aeronautical Society of India (AeSI) honored Prof. (Dr.) Bhrigu Nath Singh, Vice Chancellor of Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU), with the prestigious Excellence in Aerospace Education Award-2020-21 at the National Conference on “Challenges in Aerospace for Viksit Bharat-2047” and Annual General Meeting of AeSI. The event took place at the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Auditorium in Pune on 1st February 2025.
With over 28 years of experience, Prof. Singh has made remarkable strides in aerospace education, evidenced by his 173 publications and his recognition in Stanford’s list of Top 2% Scientists in 2021.
Prof. Singh was invited as a Special Guest, where he accepted the award from Dr. G. Sateesh Reddy, Chairman DRDO and Scientific Advisor to Raksha Mantri (RM) & President of AeSI , in presence of Dr. Sreedhara Panicker Somanath, Former, Chairman, ISRO and Secretary , Department of Space and President – Elect, AeSi and other distinguished dignitaries . During the conference, Hon’ble Minister of Civil Aviation Shri. Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu was the Chief Guest of the conference. .
