Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Agentic AI are transforming the aviation sector—from predictive maintenance and safety to revenue optimization and passenger experience. About Previous MDP
In May 2017, RGNAU launched its first Management Development Program (MDP) in Implementation of Safety Management Systems (SMS). The course was aligned with industry requirements and delivered by international faculty.
The curriculum was based on Annex 19 to the Chicago Convention and ICAO Document 9859, covering SMS design, safety measurement, maintenance, control, and change management.
Each year, RGNAU reviews and introduces programmes aligned with industry needs, helping executives transition across roles and strengthen leadership skills.
