Dr. G. Srikantha Sharma
Dr. G. Srikantha Sharma is a Mechanical Engineering graduate with post-graduation in Aircraft Production from IIT Madras and in Technology Management from IIM Bangalore. His doctoral research focused on the economic appraisal of aircraft maintenance strategies.
With nearly four decades of experience in the aerospace industry, he has served as a technocrat and corporate trainer. His career spans across manufacturing and maintenance of various helicopters, aircraft systems, avionics, and aircraft aggregates.
He has led project teams in:

- Indigenization and Technology Management
- ERP and Industry 4.0 implementation
- Capacity-building initiatives
As Dean and Executive Director of HAL Management Academy, Dr. Sharma developed and delivered interdisciplinary training modules in:
