Dr. Dwivedi's work bridges semiconductor modeling and characterization to circuit‑level simulation and design, focusing on:
- Semiconductor Device Characterization: On‑wafer & packaged device measurements (DC, CV, RF‑S, Pulsed IV/S, Load‑Pull, Noise Figure, IMD & Harmonic Distortion)
- Compact Modeling: BSIM‑BULK, BSIM‑CMG and ASM‑HEMT parameter extraction for SPICE model and PDK development
- TCAD Device Simulation: Tunnel FET, MOSFET, FinFET, GaN HEMTs using Silvaco and Synopsys Sentaurus
- Measurement & Development: Lab automation, data extraction, and training for RF & power device testing
